Does the Centra C include the pro 1 graphics set, or any of the downloadable sets?

Yes - all of them. If you are using a Centro-C or Centro-8 anywhere in your project, you can use the completely free CentroControl app, which includes all the In App Purchase options that the DemoControlHD app has.
